A great item, being a document from the "U.S. Mustering & Disbursing Office" from Philadelphia dated March 30, 1865. This part-printed document certifies that "...Lewis Reibrecht was mustered into the service of the United States as a Volunteer Private Soldier for one year..." with other details.
Printed on blue paper, revenue stamp on the reverse side along with other docketing information (see photos). Measures 7 1/2 by 10 inches, and in great condition.
