* Boston violence increasing
Page 2 has some news from America which includes: "...the petitioners very sincerely lament the unhappy differences which have already arisen between Great Britain & her colonies, & cannot without great concern & abhorrence, reflect upon that felicitous spirit which hath broken out with such violence in the Massachusetts Bay, particularly in the town of Boston...the very ungrateful return made by the Bostonians for the uncommonly mild & indulgent kindness testified to them by the British Senate in the repeal of the American Stamp Act..." with more (see photos).
Complete in four pages, folio size, some dirtiness & rubbing to the front page, archival repairs at the blank spine, but otherwise in nice condition.
