Page 2 has: "Re-Inauguration" which begins: "Yesterday His Excellency James Madison retook the oaths of office, previous to entering on the second term for which he has been elected President of the United States..." with more (see).
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, some very light damp staining, nice condition.
