THE OREGON STATESMAN, Salem, March 13, 1865  Among the page 2 reports is one headed: "President Lincoln's Second Inaugural" which is the text of his inaugural address which includes near its conclusion the very famous phrase: "...with malice towards none, with charity to all, with a firmness of right..." which remains one of the great utterances in American history (see  for the full text).
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, some wear at the margins, generally very nice.
