Page 2 has an editorial: "The Financial Aspects of the War", plus: "Topics In The Capital" & a "List Of Casualties In The 21st Regiment Virginia Volunteers, Aug. 9, 1862".
Page 2 also has an address from General Floyd "To the People of Western Virginia", signed in type: John B. Floyd, & a report: "Execution Of A Deserter".
The back page has a list of Confederate Officers graduated from West Point.
Front page has the residue of an address label in the upper right corner & some rubbing in the text, has archival mends to a few margin tears.
