EVANSVILLE DAILY JOURNAL, Indiana, 1864 A nice issue from near the closing months of the Civil War with war reports on pgs. 2, 3, and 4.
But the prime content in this issue is the advertisement on page 2 reading:
"For President In 1864 ABRAHAM LINCOLN -- For Vice President ANDREW JOHNSON, of Tennessee"
as seen in the photos below. Following this political ad is the: "Union State Ticket" for the state of Indiana.
A nice opportunity for an Abraham Lincoln Presidential campaign item from 1864.
Complete in four pages, very minor margin wear, generally in nice condition. Folio size.
