One of the less common magazines of the 18th century, this being a particularly great item as it still contains the original blue outer wrapper (rarely found).
Among the articles is over a full page: "On the Slave Trade, From the Works of Dr. Franklin"; several pages on: "Thoughts on Cash, Credit, and Country Banks" , "Affairs in Germany & France" and more.
A report under "America" mentions a Proclamation by the President: "...intimating that they were to remain strictly neutral & to pursue a conduct friendly & impartial toward the belligerent powers..." with a bit more (see).
Complete in 54 pages, original blue wrappers included, measures 5 1/4 by 8 1/4 inches, great condition.
