October 14, 1827
An interesting piece of early Americana, being a printed waybill of a stagecoach line titled: "Sunderland, Brattleboro and Walpole Mail Stage".  Included is the date of Oct. 14, 1827, the "Passengers' Names" "Seats" "Where from" "Where to" and information on the fares (see photos). The document folds out to be about 8 1/2 by 134 in. with a little engraving of a stage coach at the top. Generally in nice condition with some light foxing & 3 folds. A nice displayable piece on transportation in the pre-Civil War era.
