THE PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, Feb. 25, 1865 The ftpg. features a terrific & huge map headed: "ATLANTA TO RICHMOND. Map of the Direct Route As Travelled by General Sherman's Victorious Army. Showing Railways, Rivers & Locations of Atlanta, Milledgville, Savannah, Augusta, Columbia Winnsboro, Camden, Charlotte, Wilmington, Raleigh, Danville, Weldon and Richmond." (see). Plus there are great first column heads including: "VICTORY !" Capture of Wilmington!!" "City Occupied on Washington's Birthday" "Another Magnificent Triumph!" and more . Eight pgs., minor loss at the bottom of the blank margin of the ftpg. leaf, other margin loss on inside pgs. cause some text loss. Binding slits at the spine, generally nice & very displayable.
