The first column of the ftpg. has heads including: "I SIGNED THE BILL" "So Wrote the President To Springer Yesterday" "Great Satisfaction Expressed on Both Sides of the House..." with more, followed by the text from President Cleveland announcing he has signed the bill for the admission of Montana to the union (see photos). This would happen formally on November 8. Terrific report to have in a Montana newspaper! Complete in 4 pgs., minor loss at the spine does not come close to text, generally nice.
