BODIE DAILY NEWS, Bodie, California, June 3, 1880 An uncommon title from a town (now a ghost town) that was once a famous mining community during the Gold Rush era (see photos below). Has all ads on the front page, including one for the "Mining Investment Company" as well as the "Golden State And Miner's Iron Works", and many other mining-related ads, or ads one might expect to see in a newspaper from a mining town. Some news and more ads on pages 2 and 3, and moe ads and notices on the bkpg. Has an inked business stamp in the blank upper margin on the front page, bit of lite edge wear at the top of each leaf, small hole in the left margin of the second leaf, otherwise in very good condition. Folio-size, 4 pages.
