The ftpg. has all ads, including one offering a reward for a runawayNegro Man named Toby with details, and another reading: TO BE SOLD, A strong healthy Negro Wench.... Pg. 2 has an act for the granting and disposing of unappropriated land passed by the state legislature, plus news from Brussels, Boston and Philadelphia. The bkpg. has a notice offering a Three Hundred Dollars Reward for three runaways: Negro George Negro Cato and Negro Dick, with details about each. Has a large, ornate engraving in the masthead which includes an Indian, a ship and other embellishments. Has a minor, non-archival mend inside at the lower spine, the first column on the second leaf has two small holes, second leaf has areas of lite staining, occasional foxing. Rare title.
