August 15, 1945
Cleveland Press, Cleveland, Ohio, August 15, 1945. Huge and bold banner headline proclaims:  "Peace" with smaller banner head: " Japs to Get Terms at Manila- U.S. Ends Gasoline Rationing". The front page is very decorative and includes red & blue ink, which in combination with the white paper makes for a patriotic presentation (see photos) The issue is in overall good condition, but does have fold and right margin wear.   See image for details.
