Last 6 Months of 19th Century BOUND VOLUME (150) 1899 San Diego CA Newspapers

eBay Fixed Price Item # 373101153574

Here is a nice bound volume of the THE EVENING TRIBUNE from San Diego, California for the last 6 months of the 19th century, July to Dec., 1899. It looks to be complete with around 150 issues. Surprisingly these issues are in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper. Two small library stamps are present on the front pages, occasional wear here and there but overall nice. Volume covers have some scuffing but generally nice. Contains a wealth of news events soon after the Spanish-American War. Many advertisements as well.
