The front page has an interesting broadside-like graph and text concerning public expenditures in Great Britain, Ireland and the United States. Such graphics in this title are quite rare. Also included is a resolution for the construction of a monument to be placed in Paoli, Pennsylvania, in honor of those who died in the Paoli massacre at the hands of the British.
