Keep in mind that Maine was part of Massachusetts until 1820. Page 3 has a short bit: "Benedict Arnold is coming out from England in he West India Expedition as a Major-General. If nothing else, this circumstance we think ought to damn it." Four pages minor margin tears, minor archival mend inside.
