The front page has some reports concerning a meeting of the American Congress in Philadelphia. Page 2 has: "Union of Parties in Defence of American Liberties" and page 3 has some news concerning trade in the West Indies, and a paragraph beginning: "We are just now very busy in erecting batteries, preparing for war. There is at present a very bloody one in New England...".
The back page has a paragraph beginning: 'The fate of America will very soon be known...".
Four pages, folio size, very nice condition.
