The back page has reports from America concerning the end of the Revolutionary War, bits noting: "...the last campaign in America, dwelling particularly on the loss of the army under Lord Cornwallis...that an offer of independence to America was the only means of procuring peace....declared himself of the same opinion upon the necessity of granting independence to America..." with more on this.
Four pages, never bound no trimmed, nice red tax stamp on the front page, very nice condition.
