Page 2 has a letter to the militia of Morris County, New Jersey, signed by the President: John Adams.
Then an address from the legislature of New Hampshire to the President, with his reply signed; John Adams.
Page 2 also has: "Frigate Constitution" noting: "...the frigate constitution, captain Nicholson, come to sail from her moorings off the long wharf...the beauty of her appearance on the water & the rapidity of her sailing is the subject of admiration & conversation by both foreigners & native citizens who are connoisseurs of naval excellence."
Four pages, handsome masthead, foxing to an upper corner, otherwise very nice.
