THE MAIL; OR CLAYPOOLE'S DAILY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, April 26, 1793 The ftpg. begins with a nice half column: "Proclamation" concerning America's situation in the war in Europe, signed in type by the President & Sec. of State: Go. Washington and Th. Jefferson. It is headed with a great engraving of a heraldic eagle.
Also a ftpg. "Proclamation" by the King of England, sand pg. 3 has a report from the House of Commons on the "Slave Trade" with mention of Mr. Wilberforce.
Four pages, very nice, clean condition.
