The front page features a banner headline just as any collector would want from this date: "JOHN DILLINGER KILLED BY 15 FEDERAL AGENTS IN CHICAGO" with a subhead: "Gunman Shot To Death As He Steps Out Of Theatre". There is also a front page photo captioned: "John Dillinger" and headed: "Notorious Desperado Slain". Two other articles concerning Dillinger as well.
This is essentially a front page only. Although the back leaf (pages 11-12) are present as well, they are damaged. So this is a fine newspaper for display given this terrific front page.
Some wear at the central fold affects a few words, generally the front page is in good condition. Some toning at the central fold.
