The ftpg. begins with a half column: "Act Extending the Right of Suffrage to the Mississippi Territory..." signed in type by the President: Th. Jefferson.
Also, page 3 has a document: "By the President of the United States" which concerning the building codes of houses in Washington, D.C. Apparently the original codes were too strict causing Jefferson to relax a few to encourage more building. It is signed in type: Th. Jefferson.
Terrific to have this report in a Washington, D.C. newspaper.
Four pages, great condition.
