Inside page has 3 illustrations about Garfield's death: "Embalming The Body Of The Deceased" & one of the funeral train near Princeton, N.J., & a report: "Death Of President Garfield", and a full page of: "Post Mortem Examination of the Remains by the Attending Surgeons...".
The dramatic doublepage centerfold is of Garfield's body at the Capitol rotunda, being viewed by Arthur & others. It has no binding holes.
Front page is black-bordered & has "The Nation's Loss" across the masthead.
Sixteen pages, never bound nor trimmed (desired), some dirtiness to the front page and minor wear at margins.
