* Very rare Old West title
Certainly a great name for a newspaper from the Old West. The front page has a: "View of Main Street, Gunnison City" which would have to be one of the earliest prints of the town to be found in any periodical. Other prints on the ftpg. are: "Parlin's" being a ranch; and "A Western Gambling House" which is nothing more than 3 tents.
A very rare title as outside of our limited holdings Gregory (Union List of American Newspapers) records only two institutions having but a single issue each.
Eight page, leaves are loose at the spine, various tears at margins, but of light staining.
