Almost the entire front page is taken up with: "The Military Situation" with war reports from various fields of action. Inside page reports include: "Promotions in the Navy" "Col. Carroll's Brigade at Gettysburgh" "An Expedition on the Mississippi" "Colonel Ulric Dahlgren" "Army & Navy Personal" "Lieut. Gen. Grant at Washington" "The Battle of Chickamauga" and more, including a very lengthy list of: "Army Gazette - Appointments By the President".
Sixteen pages, 10 by 14 1/2 inches, nice eagle in the masthead, nice condition.
