Page 28 has the review for the famous Charlie Chaplin movie "The Great Dictator" with the heading: "Chaplin Wages His Own War Against Totalitarianism in 'The Great Dictator'" Also on the same page is a 10 x 8 inch  advertisement for the film which opened in San Francisco the night prior. (see) Chaplin later claimed he would never has made the movie if he knew the extent of the horrors of the concentration camps at the time.
Complete with all 30 pages, light toning at the margins, small library stamp within the masthead, small address label on the front page, small binding holes along the spine, generally nice.
