November 23, 1791

DUNLAP'S AMERICAN DAILY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, Nov. 23, 1791  Congressional business reported on page 3 includes mention that a memorial was presented: "...from a committee of the counties of Washington, Westmoreland, Fayette and Allegheny, remonstrating against the excise law....". Also that a memorial was presented: "...from the Quakers of the Eastern part of N. Carolina, praying immunity from militia duty."
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, bit of foxing to the ftpg., nice condition.
