(see) This report carries over to page 4 where is found the full text of Churchill's famous speech to the House of Commons in which he concludes with the famous passage: "...Let us brace ourselves to our duty and so bear ourselves that if the British Commonwealth and Empire last for a thousand years, men will still say This was their finest hour".
