Among the front page items are: "The Expedition for the Opening of the Mississippi River" "A Strong Appeal" with hopes of getting England to support the Confederacy; "The Valley of the Mississippi" and more.
Inside includes: "The Preparations of the Enemy for our Destruction--the Day and the Hour!" "To His Excellency Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederate States of America: " "McClellan Would not Advance" "From North Mississippi" and more.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, some very discrete archival mends inside, generally very nice condition.
