NEW YORK WORLD-TELEGRAM, December 20, 1939

* Gone With The Wind 1st movie review
* Opening Day in New York City

This issue has the review of the "new" film "Gone With The Wind", the most successful movie of all time in terms of ticket sales. Page 25 has a six column headline : "Gone With the Wind Great Triumph for Vivien Leigh" Also a two column heading: "Autograph Hunters Didn't Stand a Chance" with subhead. Two related photos as well. (see) The previous page has a small advertisement for the film on it's 2nd day of release.
Complete with all 38 pages, light toning at the margins, small library stamp within the masthead, small binding holes and some wear along the spine, generally nice.
