More than half of page 3 is taken up with various correspondences concerning one of the King's ships containing the Manifesto for Congress, then going to various colonies with it, having been captured, with requests for the prisoners' release, etc. Letters are signed by James Dick, Commissary for Navy Prisoners, Cha. Thomson, Secretary of the Continental Congress, and James Gambier.
The back page has content concerning the "sugar colonies" in the Caribbean, and their significance & occupation in relation to the war.
Four pages, folio size, never-trimmed margins, red tax stamp on page 3, nice condition.
