Forbes Winslow, the Great Insanity Expert, Gave The Clue" "The Distinguished London Specialist Tells The World the History of His Studies and Theories Which Led Up to the Identification of the Murderer.". The related text takes most of the front page.
The ftpg. is dominated by a large graphic of: "The New Seven-Inch Belt Which Looks Like A Corset" with a related article headed: "Monstrosities In Girdles For Woman" "Huge Belts Seven Inches Deep the Newest Fad of Up-to-Date Fashion".
Various chipping at both the spine margin and the right margin, even toning.
