The end of World War I is celebrated with a banner headline in red ink: "VICTORY THRILLS ALLIES!" and other bold heads; "CAPITALS OF WORLD CELEBRATE" and: "SEATTLE REJOICES AT PEACE" with small heads as well. Featured is a large photo headed: "Sailors and Girls Taking Part In Peace Parade".
Nearly half of page 11 is taken up with a huge photo with banner headline: "Huge Throng Celebrating Signing of Armistice In Front of Times Bulletin Board".
Complete in 26 pages, various wear at the margins, some light damp staining near the margins.
