The front page of The New York Times Book Review for this date has the banner heading: "TOLSTOY's UNBORN MASTERPIECE," with subheading: "Parts of an Epic Novel Discovered Among His Papers," which tells of recently discovered works of Tolstoy, and includes a review of his unfinished work: "Hundred Years." a large photo of Leo Tolstoy, and considerable text.
This Book Review Section is complete in 32 pages, and while evenly toned and a bit brittle (typical for the period), it is in overall nice condition.
