the front page has a nice stack of column headlines: "THE PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE" "Unjust & Useless Taxation" "Suspension of Silver Coinage  Recommended" "Our Foreign Relations" "he Pacific Railroads" "Our Indian Wards" and more.
Then begins the very lengthy state-of-the-union address which completes the column and carries over to take almost all of page 7.
Eight pages, some tears at the margins, a bit irregular at the spine, generally nice condition.
