THOMAS'S MASSACHUSETTS SPY OR WORCESTER GAZETTE, Oct. 31, 1798 The front page has: "Trial of Matthew Lyon for Sedition". Also on the ftpg: "More Electioneering ! " Page 3 has a report from Alexandria: "Protection to Commerce, Combined with Patriotism" concerning a ship which fired an honor salute as it passed Washington's home at Mt. Vernon, etc.
