The front page has a three-line, full-banner headline: "WILSON LANDS AT BREST AMID THE ROAR OF WARSHIPS' GUNS AND ACCLAMATIONS OF CROWDS AND STARTS FOR PARIS; BRITISH CONFIDENT OF QUICK AGREEMENT ON PEACE ISSUES" with several subheads and additional related articles - all on the front page. One subhead has: "President Hailed as 'Apostle of International Justice' - in Paris This Morning," which includes the historic announcement: "The first voyage of an American President to the shores of Europe was happily ended this afternoon when the George Washington dropped anchor in Brest roadstead," with more.
Considering this 22-page issue is from the pulpish period in newspaper printing, while it is fragile with chipping at the edges, it is in overall good condition. However, it must be handled with care.
