June 21, 1787
THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, June 21, 1787 Inside has over half a page taken up with: "Extracts from the Most Material Parts of a Circular Letter sent by the Congress of America to the Several States in Regard to the any Infractions of the Treaty of Peace, Entered into with Great Britain". The heading pretty much explains the focus of this document which is signed in type by the then President of the Continental Congress: Arthur St. Clair.
Eight pages, 9 by 12 inches, never bound nor trimmed, very nice condition.
