Page 3 has a report concerning: "...the following terms, conditions & regulations for licensing a certain number of ferry boats to ply between this city and Brooklyn on Nassau or Long Island..." with much detail (see). The back page has a full column taken up with: "A Law to Regulate the Public Markets in this City".
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, very nice condition.
