THE OMAHA EVENING BEE-NEWS, Nebraska, December 11, 1930

* Albert Einstein in New York - details with photo
* Notre Dame officially become National Champions
* Last season before Knute Rockne's death

The front page has two articles, one which includes a photo, regarding Albert Einstein's visit to New York. The photo's caption mentions his Theory of Relativity.

Page 14 and 15 have several articles related to Knute Rockne and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish - with multiple photos (see images for details). This was when the official Dickinson rating system gave Notre Dame the National Championship. They had beaten USC a few days earlier. This would also be the last championship for Knute Rockne prior to his death.
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day.
Complete in 20 pages, a bit of minor margin wear, otherwise good.

wikipedia notes: The 1930 college football season saw Notre Dame repeat as national champion under the Dickinson system, and a post-season Rose Bowl match-up between two unbeaten (9-0-0) teams, Washington State and Alabama, ranked #2 and #3, respectively. Alabama won the Pasadena contest, 24-0.
