With the recent launch of Sputnik by the Soviet Union, the headline announces America's response: "United States Will Launch Test Satellites in December" with related subheads: "Missiles Had Top Priority, Ike Declares" "Fully-Instrumented Moon to be Fired In March, He Says" "President Sees No Reason for Alarm" "Soviet Satellite May Be Smashed by Comet". There is also a photo of the: "First Official Photo of Russia's Satellite...".
Presumed to be the complete issue with 14 pages, nice condition.
