Page 2 begins with reports from Rivington's Royal Gazette in New York, mentioning the loss of a ship--likely with Loyalists--en route to Nova Scotia. Also a report from Virginia concerning the possession of Detroit plus mention: "...Notwithstanding this flattering prospect of peace...we are not a little alarmed at the rash & wicked conduct of a party of North Carolina people, settled on the Cumberland...joined by a body of the Chickasaws, attacking one of the Spanish settlements on the Mississippi..." and also: "...was set on foot by some Tories that had taken refuge in Cumberland Settlement after the conquest of West Florida..." with more (see).
Another report mentions the delay of Loyalists in leaving New York.
