The top of the front page has a column headed: "Important From Utah" "Governor Cumming Expelled from Salt Lake City" "The Mormons Determined To Resist" "Dispatches from Governor Cumming to the State Department--The Troops at Camp Scott Living on Mule Meat, etc." A bit from the report includes: "...that the Mormons were in arms, determined to resist the army to the last, and requesting Col. Monroe to push on as speedily as possible...".
Page 2 has an article: "The Slave Trade" "Slavers Under the American Flag Seized by British Cruisers" and pg. 3 has: "The Slaver Case at New Orleans--Interesting Evidence".
Eight pages, very nice condition.
