However, the most desirable coverage as that of the events at Arlington Cemetery, which includes considerable details. Other news of the day is found throughout, including a detailed report announcing the Russian capture of the city of Bukhara and the resulting death of the Khan (Emir), the execution of Joseph Brown in Hudson, and a proposed amendment to the Constitution which would eliminate the office of the Vice-President and the Electoral College.
