A fascinating bilingual newspaper, the left column in French, and the right column with the same content in Dutch. The title translates to: "Leaflet, Announcements & Miscellaneous Notices from Groningen". This issue was published during the midst of the Napoleonic Wars in Europe.
Eight pages, 9 by 10 1/2 inches, never bound nor trimmed with very wide margins, 2 black tax stamps at the bottom, great condition.
