The ftpg. has: "A Proclamation" by the governor of Mass. "For a Day of Thanksgiving", signed: James Bowdoin. The ftpg. also has a letter from Fort McIntosh which reports explorations in the area with comments on much immigration and settlement from the East (see).
Page 2 has a nice letter from London which begins: "All friends to freedom and mankind in this country very highly approve of the conduct of the Americans towards Britain..." (see).
Four pages, some rubbing at ftpg. folds, untrimmed margins, generally good condition.
