A great four issue set each reporting one of the "Grand Slam" events in Tiger Woods' accomplishment in 2000-2001 winning--consecutively--the U.S. Open, the British Open, the PGA, and the Masters. Technically not a Grand Slam for they were not won in the same calendar year, they were won consecutively but over a two year period. What Tiger accomplished is called a "Consecutive Grand Slam" and he is the only golfer to have done it.
Great reporting in each issue with multiple, color photos. Each issue is complete with all sections and is in very nice, clean condition. It is rare to find a same-title set reporting this accomplishment. Great also to have this set in the Los Angeles Times as Tiger was born in Southern California.
