The front page has a nice account of the historic Battle of Chickamauga, headed at the top of the 5th column: "From Gen. Rosecrans's Army" "Particulars of the Battle of Sunday" "The Federal Forces Concentrating at Chattanooga".
Additional reports of the battle are on page 2 with: "Gen. Rosecrans's Army" "Particulars of Sunday's Battle". There are various other Civil War reports on pages 1 & 2 s well.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, piece from a blank top margin of the back leaf, large folio size, good condition. The folder noted is for the issue folded in half.
