This issue has considerable coverage of the famous John Scopes "monkey trial" with a one column heading at the top of the front page: "DAYTON KEYED UP FOR OPENING TODAY OF TRIAL OF SCOPES" with subheads. (see) This very famous trial involved high school science teacher, John Scopes, who was accused of violating Tennessee's Butler Act which made it unlawful to teach evolution.
Complete in 36 pages, light toning at the margins, irregular along the spine, generally nice.
