THE MORNING POST & DAILY ADVERTISER, London, June 29, 1779 The bkpg. has most of a column taken up with: "Characters of Some of the Leading Men in the Present Rebellion, Continued" they including: "Thomas Johnson", governor of Maryland; "Daniel Dulany", Secretary of Maryland; "Patrick Henry" which mentions in part: "...He became very popular by his furious opposition to the Stamp Act, and being of a turbulent disposition & a vehement orator..." with more. And also: "General Lee" (see).
Four pages, minor edge wear, untrimmed margins, nice condition.
